Will you still roleplay as the opposite sex in a TS5 MMO?

Who cares about the avatar's sex when there will be options for vampires, elves, magicians, furry creatures and what not? Just taking a look at the gallery one can see the kind of avatars that will roam a possible TS5 MMO, and some will not be pretty or handsome in a traditional way. Anyway, I don't think a sims MMO will happen as that means a lot of underage players will be excluded and we know EA wants to cater to the youngest players as well.
