Not sure it's a bug - could be an excessive occurrence that might not have shown up in testing. For those of us with stuffed towns, it's likely to be a more visible issue. Still, I hope they'll do something so that Sims autonomously wearing the wrong clothes don't die. I'd rather make them die.
