I'll play out the rest of the sim week just to be sure, but I think it's safe to play my regular save.

On a side note, I found it interesting that those in formal, party or festival wear didn't seem affected by the cold. I'm also slightly disappointed that there wasn't a massacre. (I'm fine with tormenting sims in my throwaway saves, it's only in my main saves that I care about their safety)

I had these same results in a vanilla game. I had several walk by sims in scout uniforms, in addition to mail carriers & pizza delivery people who seemed unaffected by severely freezing temps. I am convinced it's mod related somehow.
