With the 'Bust The Dust' kit installed, does your house only get filthy if you have a vacuum?

The Bust the Dust Kit is the only Kit close to being worth the money, and I still think it wouldn't have killed them to put in a little CAS and Clutter. CAS and Clutter are NOT difficult to create.
