Karamazov123 I just watched a review video of the kit and the tea set is a "pretend" item that does serve cups but without the tea in them. I think that's why the cost is a lot less. The other stuff is definitely expensive, though.
I'm disappointed that the picture frame is a TV. I really wanted the wall art and I hate the autonomous Sim obsession with electronics so I may hardly ever use it. 😣
Also, the wall sticker should be more placeable. I like the pictures but why limit it to a floor placement?
In general, I do really like the pack, it's quite different.

That is incredibly disappointing...

My guess would be that since this is for children, they usually play "pretend" tea. Most of the time they don't have access to actually make tea using boiling hot water, so for me this is realistic.

Yeah, I guess but I want the set for adults LOL

The tea set is pretty, would have been nice to have real tea in it. But I also like the pretend tea, it's silly like real life pretend tea. The thought of adult sims drinking pretend tea with a straight face like nothing's wrong, makes me giggle. 😂
The big book case with the couch underneath doesn't fit the couch properly, hope they fix it.

If you alt place the couch it fits fine.

I know that but I'm feeling lazy to do that each and every time. It's not necessary.

Idk, our family (my grandmother) we just had "tea" with kids instead of pretend. It was basically milk (with like the smallest splash of tea to warm it, and sugar) in the bonechina tea cups. I honestly think we had kids as young as 3 or 4 having "tea" with our grandmother.

That sounds like a sneaky snack to me. Fancy way to get you to drink your milk. 😂
