Wonderland Playroom and Yard Charm Kits Coming Feb 26 (Available now)

Thanks. It wasn’t available on my play station nor computer until the 27th. We looked at the EA site, the PlayStation site… checked it multiple times throughout the day on the 26th and nothing. It dropped in the 27th for us. 

Globally the creator network reviews are negative about Yard Charm Kit.

I guess we see another effect of the EA buyout, many kit creators are probably gone. 

I wish.  Unfortunately I don't have that kind of software & I'm not that techie.  I can only share it in the Gallery.

I have my Wonderland upgraded with some wonderful stuff.  I also added a living room in the middle of it.  As well as, expanded their Bathroom because they needed that cool underground hot tub that came in Adventure Awaits.  I also got a bit giddy with those cool Key Hole Window Selves.  Futhermore, the Red Queen of Hearts & her sister the White Queen of Diamonds now have their very own Royal Thrones.  Oh, and the Bunny Heart Swordsplay is outside (above ground).🤩🐇😻😍.  It's all saved in the Gallery under my username SEREFRAS.  Also I used that hast thingy #Wonderland for all.  I hope there's still some simmers out there that might want to check out it out & please let me know if you like it.  Thank you.

The builds using items from the kits look great! 🙂The items have been very creatively used in designing and furnishing the builds! All of the builds are lovely.

My understanding is that there is a tea set for adults in the Tea Time Solarium Kit. I’m not 100% sure though since I don’t have it.

The two tea-themed kits (the Storybook Nursery Kit and the Tea Time Solarium Kit) are actually the ones I’m most tempted by right now. I sooo want them! They would be perfect for a cozy cat café build. 🤩

But I’m still not sure if I’ll buy either of them. My main concern is glitches. I’ve been watching videos of people playing with them, and it looks like Sims grab a teacup and then wander off somewhere else instead of sitting down in the nice tea setup that was literally made for them! Because… Sims. 😂

I also noticed that when players set up a tea party with food and several Sims gather around (to spill some tea!), they start playing musical chairs: the classic Sims sit–stand routine! 🙄 (while you’re yelling at the screen: “What are you guys doing?!”) 😅

Another glitch I saw mentioned: apparently the bookcase nook of the Storybook Nursery Kit can’t be accessed by Sims if there’s already something placed inside it. But wasn’t the whole point of the nook for Sims to grab a book while sitting on the loveseat underneath? 🤔

I got R&L so that kit came with it, yes, that works, but I would want a whimsical/wonderland version.

They advertize it as a minipicture display in the kit advert but I downloaded it and it does nothing.  It is purely decorative.  I thought it was one of those little local libraries good natured people put out in their yards for poor kids who can't go to a library so they can actually see a book.  But no,  it isn't that in a digital age.  Then I thought it might be like a digital picture frame and you could put your favorite pictures that your sims take with their cameras.  That would be a fun way to view your snapshots.   Again, no.  Just decorative.  I'll just have to keep putting snaps on the fridge.  LOL.  Nope,  you can't do that either.
