Really? Which game was that? Because I've made my Sims woohoo with the reaper in each game and they've never had a baby together.

Yes, this actually did work for my sims!
after removing the trait his voice went to the normal sim voice, after you get pregnant by him you can always add the trait back :)

You can with cheats, but when TS4 came out that was one of the changes they made to Grim. Sims could no longer have romantic involvement with him.

On a side note: When I read this thread, the song "(Don't Fear) the Reaper" popped into my head, lol!!

Not sure if anyone is interested but I recently have been reading up on having a family with the Grim Reaper, so what I've done is marry Cassandra Goth to one of my Sims and get her pregnant. Once she had a passing pregnancy test I added the grim reaper trait to Cassandra. Now she floats around with the black cloud and has the deep voice. Not sure how this will effect the baby. Also you have to try for baby before adding the grim reaper trait or the game system won't allow any actions like woohoo after adding.
