Work from home assignment - Drink cowplant milk!

So my sim is a gardener. And today I decided to have him work from home, but his only assignment is impossible. Drink from a cowplant after it has eaten the essence of another sim. I have a baby cowplant, that hasn't grown. I can't make it grow in one sim day and I don't know if there is any other way to achieve this assignment, or if it will be left as undone ://// Also, if undone and I decide to work from home again... will it immediately be the next assignment too? (keep coming back until I get it?) Or it might generate a normal one?
