Work outfits!

Sim Commands: Modify Career Outfit.

First, however, I recommend that the cheat "CAS.fulleditmode" be enabled. Don't think it does much; but I always enable it before messing with my Sims after I've created them; or are redoing townies.

Use this cheat to change career outfits:
Sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas {SimID}

Find SimsID with this cheat: Sims.get_sim_id_by_name {Firstname} {Lastname}

It took me a few tries, but it works. B)
Doesn't work for NPC's, I've tried that too.

MCCC mods may conflict with it. Overide it. Which is why I deleted most of them and do it 'manually'.

Thank you so very much for the help. I was looking in the dresser and cas sections of mccc. I never once thought to look in sim commands. I've managed to fix her outfit and now she looks like a super professional writer and not just some clown in a super hero outfit. :D

True! The original Spider-man was a super photographer, and Super-girl a super journalist. Still they didn't go to work in their superhero outfits. ;)

You do make a good point. I take it back and leave a formal apology for any super heroes that might have read this thread and got their feelings hurt. :D

Hahaha! I found CC clothing for Supergirl and Spiderman. For Spiderman, you can remove his face mask since that part is under hats.

Yeah, I just noticed that. For his feet, it's probably best to go without shoes or boots.

@Germaine I always put testingcheats on first, just in case.

To get the sim id #, this should work:
(As an example if the sim's name is Jingleheimer Schmidt)

Sims.get_sim_id_by_name Jingleheimer Schmidt

So a space between "_name" and "Jingleheimer". Also a space between "Jingleheimer" and "Schmidt".

If the name has spaces in it or hyphens or apostrophes, I have encountered problems. Like "John'ji-smi" or something like that.

EDIT: Oh, it doesn't have to be uppercase or lowercase for letters, either works. ;)

I have done this cheat many times to change my sims' career outfit and I have to say one thing.
SimID isn't required. If you leave out the SimID, the game will automatically choose currently active sim. Well, SimID would be required if you want to change the career outfit of a NPC...

I also have to add that I don't use mods and CC. I currently have mods disabled and this cheat works fine for me.
