You have to open your mind when thinking about this. If se cant have a CAW, they van totally give us something like in The Sims 2. Maybe se could choose a map view between many mapa, like a map full of plants, buildings and apartamentos drawings... Each map would have like 3/4 slots tô choose wich premade neighborhood tô fit in, then we could choose if we want that double street with 4 lote, or that beautiful big 64x64 where we want a park... And then we could choose If It is a swamp terrain, or a desert terrain, or concrete terrain... Than the plants and other things would change tô match the terrain (willows and other plants for the swamp, or cacti and rocks tô the desert...). I would want It, even If It was simple like that. It would be amazing. I think that they até afraid to by the time we reach the last expansion we would have só many worlds in a savegame that It would start lagging... So give us the option tô choose If we want San Myshuno and Willow Creek, but not Oasis Springs and the Vampiresca, pra whatever que want to play...
