That was easy!
Even though I have many many many complaints about City Living and Cats and Dogs, nothing can remotely beat Get to Work as the worst EP.
Get to Work is the opposite of sandbox game. Everything in it is repetitive. It is lacking in every aspect, it has a very boring style(CAS and BB), the three careers (when they work) are beyond boring and repetitive with no room for flexibility. The retail system is a mess, I haven't used it in years. Aliens are half baked plus I used to get an excessive amount of abductions that got reduced in a patch months ago, and now I get no abductions whatsoever, never.
It's full of bugs and I barely use anything from it, only the scientist career/objects every now and then.
