Worst Expansion Pack

What is the worst EP?

I chose Cats and Dogs because of the drama with the My First Pet pack. Cats and Dogs already seemed pretty sparse for an expansion pack but then this other pack comes out and I realized just how much we were all jipped with Cats and Dogs expansion pack.
