Worst Expansion Pack?

This poll is so interesting to me because it's like the early packs were not so good and now the recent ones are not so good. I can forgive the early packs because it's a new iteration of the series, the team is trying to figure out what's what. But I'm not sure there's an excuse for the latest packs...
