I changed my mind from my original response, for me it's easily Discover University, its the only pack I've bought that I've regretted buying and wished I could refund. I just don't see the point, I can't be bothered with University in the Sims as theres no incentive or reason to bother, my sims can achieve exactly the same things and quicker without University. I bought the pack a few months ago and I've been saying I'd send my sims to university at some point since then but I just can't be bothered as I don't care, I finally tried to move my sims into university today and I was bored within five minutes. I guess if you're into legacy gameplay it could be fun but for me it just doesnt do it.
Also It just feels like a pack that you'd use once and never use again, none of the stuff included can be used outside of university, there's a few nice clothes for teen sims but that's about it. The roommate system is the only good thing about the pack in my opinion, but even that is painful to use as sims reject you 90% of the time unless you have a mod
