I think every EP should a have a new world OR add to all existing worlds, like Seasons does. If for example, there would be a pack that would open up all water in all worlds and make it swimmable and expand the maps that way, I wouldn't really need it to have a new world, because they put all that work in all the existing worlds. If an EP didn't have a new world or a transformation of all existing worlds, I'd be very confused why it's considered an EP when it gives us less features than a GP. I'm already confused about the distinction between EPs and GPs.
