There's a chance I would (I do think MFPS was an interesting thought with a very bad execution) but it would depend on the actual content of the pack. And my feelings about the pack would also depend on when it was released.
If it bundles a multitude of occults quite some time after the packs are released? And contains brand new (but complementary) gameplay to the separate occult packs? I'd be game. If it's "hey, were you missing these items in the GP? Here they are!" then I'd be less amused.
Also seconding everything that @DaWaterRat said.
As it is, I'm not really bothered by the lack of occult powers for kids younger than teens. It would be nice but it's not a big deal for me.
