That Sim height wasn't designed from the start to scale gradually from child up, and that animations and clothes weren't designed to adapt to what they were used by/with was unforgivable in 2014, much less now. None of the issues were new, and they had to do some work just to get the multitasking to function, but then they stopped and gave us the same technology they sold us 10 years earlier.
Today I say absolutely not, I wouldn't trust this team to code the controller for a doorbell; if they stick to occasional scripts, at least they're less likely to finish turning TS4 into the buggy nightmare TS3 became.
