you could say the same about any feature of any pack,
it would be nice for people who don't have seasons to expirience snow, for people who don't have Cats and Dogs to own a cat, for people who don't have Laundry Day to wash their laundry and so on....
that's just not a good reason imho.
also, PP is a stuffpack if anybody really, really wants hottubs they can get them anytime.
Is it unfair that they are now selling features that previously came with the BG? yes.
But it is also unfair to give content for free that others have paid for.
