On the fence. 1. Sure, why not, (sarcasm) it would save me $10 as it was the only past basegame item I would want from that pack which in the past was basegame Sim stigma. (1&2) even aspiration reward in 2 had a heart tub for romance, made it more likely.
Why not let others pay for a pack I didn't want and me get the main object for free later. :p
2. No, it's not fair to those who had to pay for that pack who only wanted the tub because they also know it's been a basegame stigma of The Sims. So, no, making others fork over money so I could get a free basegame object doesn't seem ethical when what they would really be paying for was a recolor in a pack they had to pay $10 to get.
3.Maxis is required to give away free content as part of the Live Service, this seems pretty lame and somewhat lazy to just recycle a pack object and put it in the basegame (mesh) and shirking responsibily of having to come up with things to give away per their contract with EA's Live Service.
