I mean, obviously I care enough to say something, but ...
I'd like it if they patched in hot tubs. I may or may not still get Perfect patio stuff if they patched in hot tubs.
On the other hand, I do understand why it's not fair to those who paid for Perfect Patio already. Most of the time, I feel the complaints about giving away something for free are a bit mountain/molehill* - I've been burned with free giveaways at a price point far higher than the relatively small value of a single asset or three from a pack - but as it's the only new game play in the pack, and the pack is only $10USD, in this case I see the "mountain" as more of a foothill than a molehill.
* Let me be clear - I'm not saying that people shouldn't complain about items from packs they paid for being given away for free. I'm only stating that I think the level of offense at these giveaways feels a bit out of proportion, due to my perspective on the matter. Other people have different perspectives and I try to respect that.
