I'm going to vote no .. but not because I only want it restricted to Perfect Patio. I think if they redid another type of hot tub like a ground version or one that looks quite a bit different and functions at least slightly different I wouldn't mind it going into another pack. Maybe a love themed pack or a pack where those types of activities would be expected. I would be really surprised if they gave away a hot tub for the base game.
Hot tubbing isn't like a central skill or something you can build off of or use as deeper game play in connection with other packs.. photography was.
