yes because I didn't buy perfect patio so would not need to buy it ;)
logical brain:
no I don't want them to put pack content into base game because its just going to make packs worthless and people that paid for absolutely nothing very angry and me as well once they start giving away pack content that I own and making packs that I own empty of content
in conclusion:
I prefer if the ''getting pack content free'' was limited to limited time offers on packs themselves
since that way it is not stripping away pack content and making packs useless
and even more would prefer if people were able to choose one sp they don't have yet for free
since it just makes more people happy than just the players that own no packs and more happy people is better
also adding things in base game can be problem too for people running out on space for the game
that simply don't want a hot tub in their game and have to have it anyway since ''we thought you want it''
