Omg can we stop with the “I want everything for free” brigade?? I think the sims have patched in PLENTY of free content over the past 5 years! More so than previous Sims games so I don’t understand what your point is?? Of course your game will be a better enriched experience if you buy the DLC, that’s the point?? Simmers just being greedy and entitled, cheapening this game even further!
There’s different features in sims 4 not present in past sims games. It’s a different game, so it’s gonna have different items and objects???? And clearly you don’t understand the concept of video games being a business?
The whole selling point in the patio pack, is the hot tubs?!! Why would they be dished out for free? For other simmers to experience them?? What the-??? What about seasons, cats and dogs, laundry etc.. do you expect those features to be added for free for players to “experience”? it’s all DLC, that’s how The Sims works, what do you think would happen if they just spent 5 years developing free content? The game wouldnt have even had 1 DLC as at the end of the day it’s a business for EA to make money??? Do you see any other franchise pumping out more content 5 years after it first came out? Let alone free content??
Well it’s because they’ve been making tons of money of the DLC, like seriously. Why encourage the team to do the fans dirty like that?? You seem to reference past iterations so much, well then you can see there’s always been a tonne of PAID content! If you were a fan of the sims you would know, and have accepted this about the franchise. And I don’t remember ever getting free patches and content like we do now in TS4. Sorry to get irate but this is literally the most ludicrous poll- period. I’m sure they have CC hot tubs if you want free ones that bad..
