Would You Rather... Create-A-Style, Create-A-World, or Open World?
As the title says... I much prefer Open World. o:)

Preferably, all three given they are all pretty much at the top of "nearly a decade later, TS4 is still missing these from its predecessors" list.
I think Create a Style, for outfits at least, is doable; and in some ways, could likely be implemented similarly to skin tones.
A world builder isn't really needed--just give us lots that have absolutely NOTHING as set dressing.
