I am missing the 'both' option. I like the idea of a few world packs and in this context that would mean less stuff packs. But I don't want stuff packs to be completely abandoned either.
But the worlds would have to be a decent size (at least one neighbourhood with 5 or 6 lots) and I don't know if that is possible with the resources (time and budget) of a stuff packs. Besides the world would have to offer something new and unique if sold separately. A scenery we haven't seen before, or a special interactive object like the lighthouse in brindelton Bay.
And even if I am still missing some environments I would like, such as a Mediterranean world, I can't really say I am running out of space with all the ones we have already. It is not a high priority for me anymore.
