Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

Paying just for an empty world feels kind of plum, so they'd have to come with some build/buy objects. But only if we would get more diverse worlds, like: traditional asian, mediterranean, alpine, maybe something inspired by certain time periods... If they'd be bland and boring like Newcrest, then no.
