Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

I was thinking about it today, and i personally would be more interested in buying a World Pack that comes with a well-designed world + themed objects than having SPs. I want CAW, but i would welcome ...

We really need more worlds that have more than 4-5 measly lots. We also need to have new lot types-the same base game lot types(Bar,library,etc) that EA keeps plunking down in every new EP/GP has gotten really boring and annoying. I'd love to see worlds based on China/Japan, Norway,Africa,Italy,Mexico,Australia,and a world thats cold and snowy year-round
