Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

I was thinking about it today, and i personally would be more interested in buying a World Pack that comes with a well-designed world + themed objects than having SPs. I want CAW, but i would welcome ...

We need more clutter actually. More decorating stuff. But as for Stuff packs vs. World packs. I like both actually and I can't choose one over the other. I was very intimidated by Newcrest as I am very not a builder myself but when I discovered the Gallery I have now filled my Newcrest with buildings of all sorts. It is now the almost main attractions for my Sims in other worlds to visit community and restaurant lots.
