Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

I was thinking about it today, and i personally would be more interested in buying a World Pack that comes with a well-designed world + themed objects than having SPs. I want CAW, but i would welcome ...

Although I'd probably buy it I have so many empty lots in my game that I have no real need for another world.
