Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

I was thinking about it today, and i personally would be more interested in buying a World Pack that comes with a well-designed world + themed objects than having SPs. I want CAW, but i would welcome ...

The worlds have been really small lately and stuff packs have been less and less appealing. I'd rather more game packs or EPs.
