Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

I was thinking about it today, and i personally would be more interested in buying a World Pack that comes with a well-designed world + themed objects than having SPs. I want CAW, but i would welcome ...

Strangerville even had a new career for us to play. Would be cool if the world packs had all of those. New hairstyels, new clothing, new objects, new career and a story for us to play (like in Sims 2 Life Stories, Pet Stories, Castaway Stories... but with an option we didn't had in Strangerville, to turn off whenever we wanted).
