Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

I was thinking about it today, and i personally would be more interested in buying a World Pack that comes with a well-designed world + themed objects than having SPs. I want CAW, but i would welcome both. The World Pack could be used to release assets to be used in CAW too, like a huge SP. But thats my opinion. What about you guys?
Sims 3 DLC Worlds didn't came empty, they were full of houses and families, i have no idea where you guys got that i said the worlds would be empty. I love premade sims.

I voted yes because you did say with more themed objects than an SP. I often bought Sims 3 store worlds. They would come with very little themed objects, but I wasn't only buying them for this reason. The more worlds the better. I honestly love ts4 stuff packs they're a better bargain for me than the TS3 stuff packs. For half the cost if a ts4 stuff pack I would get one premium item from the ts3 store. Now I get the ts4 equivalent and a lot more items for 5 bucks more.
