While beautiful I find Tartos to be kind of boring. It’s a little dead. The shops close at like six.
One neighborhood has multiple little kiosks, where you can buy flowers, cake, and food. Both neighborhoods have little beach areas. With one neighborhood having a lot on the beach, but does not have access to build over water. You will still see Sims in the water. I can’t remember if there is any fishing spots. But there is a message in a bottle collection.

evilyn_37 Thanks for the comments. I'm always annoyed when the shops close in Henford-on-Bagley, so that's a familiar feeling!
