I tend to select videos that showcase elements that are crucial to my playstyle. If something just says "Early access review" with no further details what will be shown I wouldn't click it. If a clip says specifically "First look at proms" that's more helpful. I'd suggest to avoid spoiling yourself on CAS, Build/Buy, premades and especially the world, but to take a look into gameplay videos so that you can plan in advance how your families will fit into the mechanics.
