Write romance when not flirty

Not sure about the mod but a steamy or rose postal shower/bath almost always work

You get a flirty mood also from the VIP bucket if you activate its aura.

@wahini2024 The sim I want to use it with has a couple of cc traits and she tends to be +4 inspired or very inspired a lot, so it's hard to get other emotions through. I hate to swap out the traits but I may have to.

@crocobaura I completely forgot about auras. I never used them much before and they slipped my mind. A mod if it exists would be nice so that I wouldn't have to continuously put out flirty fires if another sim got inside the auras range.

I feel like I've had such a mod in the past as well, but no longer do and for the life of me I have no recollection of where it was from. The fact that I don't have it anymore is a good indicator that it broke and the modder didn't update it.

Ahhh. My confident sims are nearly impossible to get flirty when i need them to be but you could buy some vip date buckets and enable the aura while taking a steamy shower?

I have flirty ambiance photos in my writers inventories, she tends to stay flirty but I plop the photo on her desk and get the romance books that way. She only writes romance books and has the love blog

I'm wondering if I'm remembering it from TS3 maybe? Still I'm like you I swear there was a mod that allowed you to write any genre at any time, just like you get with painting when you complete the painter extraordinaire aspiration.

That may be the way I have to go. I'll just have to turn off the auras or move the items to inventory when I'm away playing another household. I want this sim to have romantic relationships, but only when they fit into the story.

I have my bachelor challenge sims take "picture with" whoever they're on a date with and just flip the aura on once I've placed them around the home. I think the ambiance is 4 to 6? Never fails me. I do forget to turn them off after elimination day at times. Oops. ?

Also the tea maker... just remembered steamy ginseng... at least I think it's that one. Regardless the flirty tea helps too

I second the tea. When I had a living author sim (may he RIP), he also had the traits that made him regularly inspired, but a combination of flirty aura decor, a steamy shower, and a good cup of steamy ginseng tea was always enough to get Flirty to overpower his innate inspired state.
