@DaniRose2143 I was so SO much the same way until I did the not so berry challenge. The normal lifespan wasn't my thing... still isn't... but it created a whole new cast of characters for me to enjoy and opened up things in my game. I'd never bothered with the hidden worlds or the collections or just how fun the mad scientist career really is. I also implemented in general ideas from other challenges, like loosely based Disney princess, so a lot of sims have changed and a whole new save was created. It gave me a cool template to create new ideas for sims and builds.
I loosely took the rules and traits or aspirations and such from various challenges/scenarios then added my own twist to it. I never played with "mean" sims and now I have them. I have slobs and honestly they make me laugh. I'd never even considered that trait before. I'm exploring much more into what the game offers and adding depth to my storyline by challenging myself to evolve the stories my sims have and broadening the scope of who my sims are.
I used to have a lot, if not 90%, creative type sims with families. So my game was kinda really very narrow, you could say
