Wth is wrong with the jobs in the University expansion pack?

The high level jobs are different entries when getting a new job than the low level positions. The low level jobs are still available so if you've entered at entry level position you didn't pick the high level jobs entry. For instance if a degree allows you to become a professor, you get a job entry for professor and one for the entry level education position.
