Wth is wrong with the jobs in the University expansion pack?

Twice two different sims have graduated from university. One just graduated with honors in psychology. This is supposed to help boost her career in education but bot sims are always starting at level ...

The game sended lots of university certificates to the neighboors in addition to the ones send to the graduated Sim house. :# and those certificates are hard to delete. I didn't knew the certificates where useful I deleted them all :D
