as @Writin_Reg stated earlier, there are plenty of employees that we dont know about, the loss of a few though disappointing doesnt necessarily mean the end of the world. and in all honesty, the sims 4 isnt exactly a perfect example of experienced developers working on a sims game. now im not trying to knock anyone that works on the game. i am greatful for every one of them. my point is just that if you truly look at the sims 4 in contrast to whats been done in the past, it's just not the same, and it didnt take inexperience to get us here.
i agree that fresh eyes and fresh ideas could be a good thing, and there will be plenty of staff to help whoever is new to the team get thru the transition.
Time will tell.
I'm sure this recent days of backlash hasnt gone unnoticed, and this isnt new anger, its been here thruout the life of the sims 4, so they know very well that any attempt at a new sims game better be a damn good one, cause if it's not, the long time simmers wil likely find it unforgiveable.
