That's why I said that you may have found a great loophole. I mean, you buy a small lot and build a basic house, while you go nuts with the private museum, that won't cost you a cent! Some great possibilities here. I wonder if you could even turn that idea into something like a privately owned bar or something.
But the idea of having a private museum speaks to me inmensely, because it adds to the gameplay of collecting, better put, it makes collecting rewarding.
