That way you can make changes to the building while still keeping your sim there with all their collectibles in their private inventory to put up when you finish tweaking the build. That's why I said that you may have found a great loophole. I mean, you buy a small lot and build a basic house, while you go nuts with the private museum, that won't cost you a cent! Some great possibilities here. I wonder if you could even turn that idea into something like a privately owned bar or something.
But the idea of having a private museum speaks to me inmensely, because it adds to the gameplay of collecting, better put, it makes collecting rewarding.
