In order to test this I disabled my NPC voting and cheat-repealed all of the active N.A.P.s in the neighborhood I was playing in. During the voting period, no votes were cast for any N.A.P., although I did still get the standard "voting is open" notification. It seems like even though the game recognizes a N.A.P. as being voted for, it doesn't activate it. I also tried to cheat-repeal the N.A.P. that was "voted in," but I didn't have the option to.https://bit.ly/3jgA0xs
I honestly wish that a more inconvenient N.A.P. like Roughhousing Encouraged or Free Love got "voted in" so I could see if the effects still apply. With that in mind, I'll keep testing this to see if I can find anything else out.
On that note, I'm thinking of adding a "Known N.A.P. Bugs" section at some point in the future, so if anyone happens across one, please let me know!
You are so awesome! Thank you for helping me and so many others, you're a great person. I may re-enable it if its not actually doing any voting anywhere and jyst saying that. I can definitely deal with a just saying it, and still hope for fixes too. If I ever see that, after I re-enable it, i will definitely let you know. Thank you so much!!
