That doesn't make sense. If you don't care washing them, you wouldn't be bothered that their dirty. Slob is a trait, not just only appearance difference. A slob will look and follow that standard, so logically they wouldn't complain of untied things. Once again, another point made why traits don't hold merit and are flawed in this iteration as plum. Non-slob sims should be frustrated or at least concern, especially more so with a bigger moodlet debuff for neat freak sims.
