I played in the realm of magic once for a few hours. Its too easy to get all spells and potions. If you got all of them and became a powerful spellcaster, life is too easy and boring.
I like the magic world, it looks quite nice, but the HQ is empty, ugly and boring. At least I have spend days on renovating it, now it looks okay but I don't play there. Still, renovating was fun. I really don't like this place where you can have duels. Again plain and boring and not much to do. Waste of space. Same with the garden area and the shopping street. The shopping place looks nicest of them all, but still - nothing much to do.
Even Glimmerbrook looks plain, at least I have 5 more lots for my Sims to live.
This GP disappoints me, but the familiars are cute. Sad normal Sims can't have them.
