your top three things you want next year in sims 4

it has to be an object skill interaction or game improvement not a pack because it might not have the things you want please tell me what three things you guys are hoping for next year and before...

1. Hotel venue. To let us make resorts, b&b's, traditional hotels and so on. Will make vacationing in regular worlds easier and add a new business type to own. I hope this comes in a Game Pack with a new destination world.
2. Chickens. They produce eggs that can be used in cooking. Other farming features also welcome, preferably an EP.
3. Sculpting and other hobbies. GP?
