None of it works for me
The earlier report, IIRC, was that phoning for a new gardener is broken but existing gardeners still arrive and do their work.
None of my gardeners show up for work even.
The phone is broken for me and since the gardener dropped dead (as mine seem to do) the gardener stopped coming and I cant re schedule a new one. However if I shift click on the mailbox I can summon a gardener using 'request service' I have to do it every time I need a gardener though and I'm guessing the shift click options are testing cheats related since I have a mod that keeps this on.

Yeah, I've narrowed it down to the debug cheats, but it seems there's no console command, I asked
here too and it appears
this mod by clown at MTS is the only way to get the commands to show up atm.
