These three mods can be culprits in the game replacing words with codes:

MTS_Gaffney_1458435_GTAradiostationrename
Daveo88_NPCs_Gardener_v0.4
MTS_BiscoMix_1467912_TVComputerRevampMod1.2

None of them have updates yet, so pull them if they're causing you problems.
