Two mods. No culling and getpopulation. (44 at 5pm Sunday, that's a good sign, bin hasn't exploded with new sims this time around.)
I'm not getting exceptions, but I am having issues with the game hanging/freezing. Sometimes it recovers, sometimes it doesn't and I have to close the window. Oh, Windowed mode, btw. I almost wish it would throw me an error so I'd know what's causing it to hang... my theory is it's another program on my HD... checking that now, too.
This may be a dumb question... what does Windowed Fullscreen do? How is it different from windowed or fullscreen? Pro/con?
Last I saw, time-slow was working... but maybe you've looked since I have.
