!! *Updated with Updated Mods* Mods that aren't working - Mar. 26 patch

Windowed fullscreen displays your game like fullscreen does, but when you take your mouse to the bottom of the screen, your toolbar displays the way it would in windowed mode. When you take the mouse away, the toolbar goes away. I was using that mode for a time on my old computer when I was using a screen capture program that required toggling back and forth between the game and the desktop, but I no longer need that. I don't know how it affects performance.
