Fixing to reinstall both origin and sims4. Uninstalled both, optimized drive, rebooted. More busted librarians. I guess... neat/bookworm/? usually.

I've about exhausted my bag of tricks. If a completely fresh reinstall/yetanothernewgame doesn't fix this, THEN I'm *really* going to be mad!
