2D Floating moon appears when sim is sleeping

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. My sim goes to sleep and the item appears, when she gets out of bed the item disappears.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim goes to bed (any time of day) and a round/flat moon looking item appears out of the floor and floats around.
What do you expect to see? The flat moon item not appear when my sim sleeps.

A round item that looks to be a terrible jpg of the moon has suddenly started appearing whenever a specific sim gets into bed and goes to sleep. It floats back and forth, sometimes it floats down into the floor and comes back up, then when my sim wakes up and floats back into the floor and disappears. If I turn my camera a certain way it disappears but if I continue to turn my camera it will reappear. It only happens with one sim in the house and it will appear at any time of day, she just has to go to bed. I've tried removing everything from her inventory but it still appears.
